March through May is my busiest time of the year.  This year, it seems especially true.  I skipped wedding season last year because I had a newborn, so this year has been such an exciting adjustment.  If we were a bigger studio, which we will be one day, I would be functioning at this capacity all the time.  That is such a huge, exciting and overwhelming thought to me!  Right now, I am enjoying my days as a mom, and my nights as an artist, as exhausting as it is.

Posting has been on my to-do list for at least three weeks!  It has been an amazing time though, new exciting projects, beautiful weather, and lots of family and friends.  We took an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime type trip with my family to Hawaii at the end of February.  So many memories and photos, I will definitely have to devote a whole post to it.  When I returned, I had a giant, 300+ three piece custom project to print and ship.  This one also requires its own post!  It has been pretty much non-stop, and we have had help from so many great friends.  It is a good thing because Tyler has been working in Austin for about eight weeks, and only home for a day or two on the weekends.  This is the first time he has had to work out of town since before Nolie arrived, and it has been eye opening.  It gives me so much appreciation for when he is home, and also a new perspective for those who raise kids by themselves.  So hard! Fortunately, he is home now, and even getting to do some remote work for a little while.

Some snapshots from the last couple of weeks-
